Almost 5:00 on Saturday afternoon, October 6. This just isn't typical!I love warm weather. But I also love the fall. If this keeps up, we'll be Trick or Treating with sunscreen! I think I'm ready for a touch of New England fall.

I second the motion! I'm in VA & we're supposed to have record breaking heat through Wednesday & even after that it's only supposed to go 'down' to 75 or so!
Although since I heat with kerosene I'm not truly sad about the weather- I like not needing the kerosene yet & still having windows open for fresh air.

87? That's nothing! It's been in the low 90's here.
I'm kind of ready for colder weather too.

It was nearly 90 degrees in Southern Indiana today and that is not fall!
Oh I got cool for ya. Crisp even. Bundle up in your jacket and scarf fall weather. The catch? It comes with days of buckets of pissing rain. GIVE ME YOUR SUNSHINE, and I'll take the heat too.

I agree! We went apple picking yesterday, and it was 90!!! We should have been swimming at the lake instead!
Saturday brought record breaking 87 degrees to Wisconsin. It also brought the turning back on of my central air(noisy neighbors enabled me to do this sans guilt!). It stayed on until Monday, when it cooled down.
Our high was 47 degrees today! We might reach 57 this coming Saturday, if we're lucky! Talk about mood swings!
